Euro Truck Simulator 2 developers provide update on delayed DAF XF
Euro Truck Simulator 2 now offers an (official) multiplayer mode, which means that it is now more essential than ever to have a cool truck to impress your friends. The developers at SCS Software showed off a range of new models from Dutch automaker DAF Trucks earlier this summer, and although the DAF XG and XG + have already entered the game, the developers have now provided an update on this. happening with the DAF XF, which hits the game this fall.
“We are happy to share with you our progress in creating the new DAF XF, which emphasizes efficiency, driver comfort and safety,” say the developers. “If all goes as planned, we can’t wait to bring the new DAF XF to the roads of Euro Truck Simulator 2 this fall! While this truck model is still being developed by our teams, we wanted to share with you some development shots of its creation.

A long way from the days when SCS teased DAF models like they were Bigfoot – it’s nice to see a close-up update on what’s going on in so much detail.
