Welcome to EnerGov City of Des Moines Customer Self-Service
Customer Self Service (CSS) is the public part of our newly deployed EnerGov authorization, inspection and licensing software system.
The system, a product of Tyler Technologies, replaces a very old system and we are excited about all the new features offered by the new technology.
Some functions will be available immediately, others will be added as they are developed.
CSS lets you share these benefits and can sometimes eliminate the need for a phone call or office visit when doing business. There will be a lot of things that you can take care of through your computer or from a mobile device like a tablet or smartphone.
While anyone can access public information in EnerGov, to make payments, submit permit applications, and conduct other activities, an account is required. When creating a CSS account, please use the email address you used during your previous collaboration with the City.
