CSS Topper wants to work for the well-being of women – Journal
MANSEHRA: Zainab Khalid, who has passed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa candidates in the 2020 senior central service exams, wants to work for the well-being of women.
“Women have courage and ability, but they do not have the opportunity to compete with men in our society,” she told reporters here on Sunday.
Ms Khalid, who placed first among the candidates and obtained the seventh overall KP position in CSS exam results, became the first female police officer in Mansehra district.
Being the daughter of a banker, Mohammad Khalid, she received her primary education in her hometown of Gari Habibullah.
Ms. Khalid also earned the distinction of capturing her top 20 spot in the registration exams held in 2011. âHard work and parents’ prayers always pay off in our lives and it has happened to me too. I am proud to have taken this important step in my life, âsaid Ms. Khalid.
She said that most women remain deprived of justice because they cannot express their emotions to show the excesses committed against them by society.
“As a police officer, I will ensure that women have the opportunity to voice their concerns and identify problems committed against them that compel them to turn to the police where even men hesitate. to seek justice, âshe said.
Ms Khalid said Sq-Ldr Mehreen Iqbal, who was KP’s second GD pilot, was her first cousin, owned by Garhi Habibullah.
